Rhi Rhi Armani

Rihanna had been loosing a bit of street cred in my books over the past year with her gaga ways, don't get me wrong I love Gaga but there is only one Gaga, true? Imposters are never as good. With the recent album release from Rhi Rhi and tranforming her hair from red to blonde I have to admit these small but obviously effective changes have bought her back to amazeland. She is back to being fab and has the Armani campaign to prove it. Keep it up Rhi Rhi and welcome back

Freckles- to love or hate?

For those of you who have been 'kissed by the sun' you have 2 options, you can choose to embrace and rock them as does one of the most beautiful woman in the world does aka Pania Rose or you can get rid of them. I chose the second option and had my freckles  lasered off, i had them lasered with a Ruby Laser and boy it was an experience to say the least! my freckles were light and easy to cover with make up buy I wanted them gone to have that airbrushed look we all long to have. If I can give you any advice from this experience it would be:


1-Make sure you are seeing a professional not a beauty therapist- huge difference! this is your face and if something goes wrong you will deal with it forever, I wouldnt wish that on anyone. I personally see a doctor as they are using high tech top shelf medical grade lasers.

2- Take 2 weeks off work, I can tell you right now that after having the laser you will be thinking what have I done and why do I put myself through this pain? (Because pain is beauty remember) I had light freckles and the laser actually darkens the freckles and they scab up and fall off-NOT PRETTY. They do advise you can use mineral make up to cover but it actually makes the skin look very bumpy and horrible, not worth it

3-Dont pick at them! It is really important you let them fall off when theybare ready otherwise you will be at risk of scarring and you do not want that I asure you

4- I highly recommend this! It is totally worth the pain! I now have that airbrushed look and I maintain it by applying sunscreen every day

The Tox

I received a letter in the mail not long ago stating "our records indicate you are due for botox" oh brilliant! Oh wait I'm totally swamped with bills at the moment, priorities?! Ok let me think... So if I had the choice between paying my electricity bill or getting Botox, of course I do the smart thing and get the Botox! some might think its irresponsible but hey I want to look like J-lo at 40 and Demi Moore at 50 (pre divorce of course) its my future, an investment really, for those that disagree, please feel free to come back and see me when your clocks ticked and tell me who was right, usually they are those who sit in the sun and fry themselves like a crispy piece of bacon, did someone say leather skin with a side of age spots? Coming right up! I understand people go over board and I agree that its not the best look but a little jab never hurt anyone. People need to and are actually finally starting to change their opinuion on the Tox. When done right by a professional that you trust, then you are really just maintaining your youth, I've had it since I was 21 and no1 would know I have it because its done right. Pretty is expensive yes but god its fun

Miss Del Rey has arrived

Lana Del Rey-one word- WOW she's captured alot of hearts very quickly, including UK Vogue who she has recently landed a cover with for their March edition. For those of you who are familiar with her name will know she has popped out of nowhere and now popping up all over the place, dispite all of the disgusting backlash she has recieved of late - fake lips (seriously its 2012 who cares if she has! They look amazing on her) recreating (or "revamping" as I like to say) herself because her first atempt to break into the music industry was a flop (once again she did the right thing) I like to call the press haters, why are we trying to degrade this woman? When the words Lana Del Rey come about I think, amazing voice -check, stunning face-check, feature song for Dior couture show in Paris- check, womanly figure-check, Vogue cover-check. CHECK CHECK CHECK embrace this woman people she has hit us in a big way and will continue to do so YAY
